All rides this year will depart from the

Darwin Showgrounds Carpark on the Stuart Highway 

(click on the link for a map).

 

The only exceptions are the ride to Simeon & Paulina's on Sunday morning, leaving BP Palms Car Park situated next to Freespirit Resort, and the Mindil Beach Markets on Sunday night which will depart from Shell Truck City, Berrimah

                                        at a loose end!)

 

Friday (5th September)

 

9.00am                      Militaria Ride

 

9.15am                      Darwin Tour

 

5.00pm                      Winnellie Cultural Centre (aka

                                        the Winnellie Hotel) for Secret

                                        Men’s Business!

 

5.00pm                      Ladies of Ulysses (venue TBA)

                                        for Secret Women’s Business!

 

Saturday (6th September)

 

9.00am                      Darwin Tour

 

9.15am                      Militaria Ride

 

Saturday Night Function

 

5:00pm          Fellowship at bar (Bonding &

                             B*llsh*t session)
    6:30pm          Official opening of Odyssey
    6:45pm          Trophy presentation and

  draws for several door prizes
    7:00pm          (approx) Major door prize draw
    7:15pm          Buffet meal, followed by music

  and generally heading towards

  behaving disgracefully!

 

Sunday (7th September)

 

Staggered Starts at 8.30, 9.00 & 9.30am  

 

This ride will be leaving from the BP Palms Car Park 

situated next to FreeSpirit Resort with staggered starts

 at the times show above.

 

Ride to Simeon and Paulina’s to visit Simeon’s Workshop

(BBQ Breakfast provided).

 

The ride to visit Simeon & Paulina's property on Sunday

takes us 60km south of Darwin into the rural area

of Acacia Hills.
